We are seeking an Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team at Countryside Solar . This is an in‑home role offering an exciting opportunity to support our growing sales operations. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key part in generating leads and scheduling appointments with potential customers. This full‑time position provides the chance to work in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities Proactively making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our solar energy solutions Qualifying leads and scheduling in‑person appointments for our sales representatives Providing excellent customer service and addressing initial inquiries or concerns Maintaining detailed records of call activity and scheduled appointments in our sales calendar Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process Qualifications Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within renewable energy or home improvement Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and positively influence potential customers Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively A motivated and enthusiastic mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales‑related software Benefits Competitive salary and commission structure Ongoing training and development opportunities to strengthen your skills A supportive, team‑focused work environment No cold calling required About Countryside Solar Countryside Solar is a leading provider of residential and commercial solar energy solutions in Queensland.
