Job Overview DLF Seeds is a market‑leading proprietary seed company operating across Australia. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative – Relationship & Sales Support Focus to join our team in Truganina, Victoria. About the Role This role involves building trusted relationships with customers from independent stores to major national accounts, providing accurate and timely information about seasonal demand, product availability and logistics. You will create and manage orders, collaborate with sales reps, freight partners and store managers, ensuring stock availability and smooth delivery. The position offers both a permanent full‑time (38 hrs/week) and a six‑month fixed‑term full‑time role. Key Responsibilities Build warm and genuine relationships with customers across all segments. Identify opportunities by understanding customer history, order patterns and current needs. Provide clear updates about seasonal supply and product availability. Manage expectations around delivery timelines and seasonal constraints. Process orders accurately, efficiently and with strong attention to detail. Co‑ordinate with sales reps, internal and external sites to ensure timely deliveries. Manage consignment stock and collaborate with the accounts team. Maintain accurate notes and data within our CRM and ERP systems. About You You enjoy working with people from all walks of life, build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and take pride in getting things right. You thrive on variety and are comfortable making decisions that support both customer and business. We Are Looking For Someone With Previous customer service experience, ideally in wholesale, agriculture or similar environment. Strong customer service skills and confidence to build rapport. Ability to identify opportunities and support sales through strong service. Clear written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Confidence using systems such as Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Experience with Navision or similar ERP systems helpful but not essential. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
