Business Consultant – Property & Rating (Transitions) Join to apply for the Business Consultant – Property & Rating (Transitions) role at TechnologyOne TechnologyOne has an exciting opportunity for skilled professionals to join our Property & Rating (P&R) Transitions team within our Consulting division. The P&R Transitions team plays a critical role in helping local governments and organisations transition to our CiAnywhere platform for Property & Rating solutions. Our P&R solutions empower councils and organisations to manage everything from properties, valuations, rates, and compliance through to billing, payments, and revenue collection. By streamlining complex processes, ensuring compliance, and integrating seamlessly with our enterprise software suite, these products deliver efficiency, accuracy, and better community outcomes. What you’ll be doing Working side by side with our customers to smoothly transition customers from Ci to CiAnywhere for Property & Rating. Providing expert guidance on best practices for Property & Rating operations, compliance, and revenue management. Translating business requirements into system configurations within TechnologyOne’s P&R modules. Ensuring integration with other TechnologyOne modules (e.g., Financials, Spatial, Asset Management). Managing data migration, validation, and reconciliation for property, valuation, and rating records. Direct experience with the Property and Rating Compliance or Revenue module is essential. Demonstrating a proven track record of analyzing and optimizing business processes. Showcasing strong problem‑solving skills, including the ability to identify challenges and develop innovative, practical solutions. Exhibiting excellent communication skills, confident in presenting and articulating process changes and benefits to a diverse audience. Possessing a background in roles such as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Process Analyst, Pre‑Sales Consultant, Product Trainer, or any role that is exposed to the TechOne P&R product.
