Our Client is a globally renowned ground services provider, and they are seeking motivated, enthusiastic, team-oriented, and energized personnel to fulfill their mission and deliver on our customer commitments. The role of the Service Delivery Agent involves working within a team to provide timely, effective, professional, and secure passenger service functions in the area of check‑in for passenger handling or lead gate agent responsibilities while adhering to all regulatory requirements. They are also responsible for adhering to the client's requirements efficiently, safely, and accurately during the aircraft turnaround process and achieving the desired Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the client. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Deliver and ensure all customer service requirements are met in a timely, efficient and professional manner Carry out passenger check in duties Ensure that system reports are completed and managed During disrupted or delayed services That require special assistance In wheelchairs to and from aircrafts Ensure compliance with OH&S Regulations and Company OH&S Policies Maintain awareness, obligation and incident reports Build strong working relationships Promote and maintain a positive company image Liaise professionally with internal and external clients and stakeholders Key Attributes Ability to work unsupervised & in team environment Ability to follow directions Ability to handle pressured & stressful job situation Ability to assist special needs passengers Motivated & capable Flexible Respect for others Willing to learn Requirements Have Australian / New Zealand citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency Undertake a Pre‑employment medical test Able to pass an Australian Federal Police Security check Valid driver’s license High level of customer service skills Available to work on a rotating roster What we offer in return Opportunity to work for a Global company Great team environment Extensive training and support Send your Resume with your Clear National Police Check History Certificate to: ******@tailoredworkforce.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
