EPPS Youth and Family Wellbeing Facilitator Anglicare Central Queensland Limited | Rockhampton $101,099 p/a +superannuation + salary sacrifice Full-time -Fixed-term position About the role: Make a real difference in the lives of young people and their families. AnglicareCQ is looking for a passionate and dedicated facilitator to join our Early Psychosis Psychosocial Supports team. This program provides supports for adolescents and young people aged 12-25 who are at risk of, or have experienced a first episode of psychosis. Atypical day will look like: Work alongside young people and their families to build resilience and support recovery. Provide one-on-one and group sessions, tailored to each person’s needs. Help with everyday skills, education, vocational goals, and community connections. Collaborate with mental health services and community networks for integrated care. Deliver inclusive and culturally safe support for diverse communities. Keep accurate records and follow organisational policies. Mandatory Requirements: Completed tertiary qualifications (Minimum Diploma) in Mental Health, Peer Work, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or other health related field as designated by AnglicareCQ and 2 years relevant work experience in the Mental Health Sector Who we are: Our truly local team of professionals have worked with people in Central Queensland for over 40 years to support them in living their best life. Effective time management and organisational skills. A strong communicator, able to quickly build rapport and influence across a diverse range of people.
