Clinical Facilitator (Adult Inpatient Unit) Join to apply for the Clinical Facilitator (Adult Inpatient Unit) role at Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service . The Adult Mental Health Inpatient Unit (AMHIU) is located on the Rockhampton Hospital campus and comprises 20 low‑dependency beds and 3 high‑dependency beds. Responsibilities The Clinical Facilitator – Adult Inpatient Unit is responsible for delivering and supporting quality nursing care at an advanced level. The Clinical Facilitator provides direction and support to other nursing staff while promoting professional standards of practice and conduct. The Clinical Facilitator supports the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) and Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) with achieving the unit goals and standards, promoting quality clinical care, education, best practice and research. Qualifications Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). While not mandatory, endorsement as an authorised Mental Health Practitioner under the Mental Health Act 2016 or eligibility to apply would be highly regarded.
