About the Role As a Business Banker at IMB, you'll : Build strong, long-term relationships with local businesses. Originate and structure lending solutions across commercial, residential, asset finance, and everyday banking (up to $10M per transaction). Leverage your existing network and referral sources to grow your portfolio. Be an active ambassador in the business community, representing a highly respected mutual bank. Work closely with direct and broker introduced customers to provide holistic financial solutions. Who We're Looking For Experienced Banker – At least 10 years of commercial lending experience with solid credit writing skills. Natural Networker – A strong personal and professional network in Sydney’s South West business community. Self-Starter & Problem Solver – Someone who thrives in an autonomous role with the drive to build a portfolio from a low base. Passionate About Helping Businesses – Not just chasing big deals but making a real difference to business owners.
