We are looking for a Visiting Medical Officer in Gynaecology. The primary purpose of the role is to provide high quality diagnostic and consultative specialty services in Gynaecology and to participate in teaching, research, quality improvement and administrative activities within the Gynaecology Department and Hospital as required. The Visiting Medical Officer will ensure a high standard of professional performance and encourage an academic environment which supports education, research and professional development. Medical practitioner, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Applicants must have Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG) with recognised qualifications in Gynaecology and/or other equivalent specialist recognition. Position is currently available. In addition, applicants expecting to be awarded their Fellowship within two months from the beginning of the 2026 Clinical Year on 2 February 2026, may be considered. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the NSW Public Hospitals Visiting Medical Officer Determination.
