Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description Bollywood Restaurant, located at Shop 6/57 Liege Street, Innaloo WA 6018, is a popular Indian restaurant offering classic Indian cuisine in a spacious and vibrant setting, featuring a stylish, pink-lit bar and a wall mural of iconic Bollywood stars. Our restaurant is a welcoming place for friends and families to enjoy quality food and ambience. As a busy and well-established venue, we are currently seeking a full-time Chef with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience to join our kitchen team. Salary: $73,100 – $85,000 per annum, depending on experience Key Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, update, and manage menus, considering cost control, seasonal ingredients, and dietary requirements. Prepare and cook food in accordance with recipes and established quality standards. Supervise and coordinate kitchen operations, including cooks, kitchen assistants, and other staff. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure freshness and quality of ingredients. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with regulations. Conduct quality control through tasting, presentation checks, and recipe adjustments. Train, supervise, and support kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment. Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and used correctly.
