We are seeking a skilled Program Administration Officer to support this meaningful public health work. In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be Provide day to day administrative and clerical support Deliver professional first-point-of-contact customer service Coordinate office systems and procedures Assist with data collection and report preparation Build productive relationships across teams Help keep operations running smoothly with initiative and sound judgement About You Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to coordinate systems, manage workflows and maintain office efficiency within a dynamic public health environment. Strong communication and customer service abilities, providing a warm, professional and confidential first point of contact for patients, families, staff and external stakeholders. Proven capacity to balance competing priorities, stay calm under pressure, and adapt confidently within a fast-moving environment of continuous change. Experience managing sensitive or emotional enquiries with empathy, discretion and a patient-centred approach. A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple teams, departments and partner organisations to help achieve program outcomes.
