The Opportunity: As a Rostering Coordinator, you will be responsible for rostering Allied Health services for consumers living in Residential Aged Care Facilities and in the Community. Come and join our wonderful team in our Norwood office, where you’ll be part of a very supportive team and an organisation that truly celebrates and values you You will be responsible for: Creating well planned and optimised rosters for clinicians within Plena Healthcare, ensuring that service delivery requirements have been achieved. Arranging initial assessments with new consumers after they send through a referral. This also requires confirming consumer details, funding, and initial service dates. Arranging ongoing appointments based on the recommendations of the clinician and the approval of the client or case manager. Answering general enquiries, cancellations or rescheduling requests via a shared phoneline and group email alongside other Rostering Coordinators. Supporting the review and assessment of the Plena Healthcare workforce and raising clinical job requisitions when needed. Analysing clinician availability and offering workforce resourcing commentary for National Modality Management and your line management Processing planned and unplanned leave requests whilst ensuring adequate service delivery is maintained. To be successful in this role you will have: Excellent attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills. Proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines for multiple tasks. A positive and collaborative attitude. Previous experience in a similar role within rostering and or administration would be advantageous. Knowledge of Allied Health would be advantageous.
