The Role We are seeking a confident and experienced Events and Marketing Executive to lead our national events and activations program on a 12-month maternity leave contract . This is a hands‑on role responsible for end‑to‑end event strategy, execution, and performance, ensuring every activation drives brand impact, community engagement, and lead generation. You will work closely with the Marketing, Business Development and Sales teams, and external partners, to deliver high‑quality events aligned to brand and commercial objectives. What You’Ll Do Event Strategy and Planning Lead the annual national events strategy aligned to business and marketing priorities Identify opportunities for community, education, and brand activations Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and post‑event evaluations Align event planning with campaign priorities and target audiences Event Management and Delivery Manage end‑to‑end delivery of events including venues, logistics, suppliers, speakers, and on‑the‑day operations, while overseeing all supplier, partner, and venue relationships. Oversee event collateral, signage, presentations, and brand assets, and coordinate registrations, attendee communications, and post‑event follow‑up. Budget and ROI Management Develop and manage event budgets with senior leadership, track spending, and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies without compromising quality. Stakeholder Engagement Partner with Business Development, Sales, and Operations teams Represent Trilogy Care at public events and industry activations Build relationships with local media, partners, and community organisations Reporting And Optimisation Analyse event performance, leads, and conversions, deliver post‑event and quarterly performance reports, and maintain event records, databases, and marketing assets. What You'Ll Bring 3+ years’ experience in event management or event‑led marketing Relevant tertiary qualification in Event Management, Marketing, or Communications Proven experience delivering large‑scale community or education events Strong budget management and supplier negotiation experience Excellent project management and organisation skills Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities Experience in health, aged care, education, or community sectors highly regarded Unlock your Potential with Trilogy Care Behind every hour of care we deliver is a smart, tech‑enabled team rethinking how aged care operates.
