We love what we do — creating gorgeous, fresh flower arrangements — and we’re looking for an experienced florist 1-2 years , who’s just as passionate about flowers as we are Position: Permanent Casual (25+ hours per week, consistent rostered hours)Location: Campbelltown, SydneyStart: Immediate Key Responsibilities Provide special care for cut flowers and ensure proper stock rotation Deliver excellent customer service and build natural rapport Take orders, organise couriers, and handle payments Keep the store clean, tidy, organised and well-stocked Work effectively as part of a team Communicate clearly and demonstrate strong sales skills Maintain a customer-oriented approach Be available for a rotating weekend roster About You Minimum 1‑2 years’ experience in a retail florist shop (essential) Formal floristry qualifications required Skilled in creating all styles, including weddings, arrangements and bouquets Reliable, punctual and customer‑focused Friendly with a pleasant manner Excellent communication and sales skills A team player with strong attention to detail Passionate about flowers and floral design Australian work rights required for this position What We Offer Consistent, reliable hours each week Supportive and well‑organised team environment Extensive training and opportunities for design development A genuine focus on work‑life balance Free local staff parking To Apply: Email your resume to *************@live.com.au Or contact Georgina on *** Be careful – don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
