We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet client needs. Responsibilities Provide a premium care experience to clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship Deliver care in accordance with the client care plan developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse) Meet safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly Support the Making Lives Better Employee Rewards program Work with a supportive and dynamic team Participate in ongoing training Skills & Experience Passionate about making a difference Self-led with the ability to take responsibility for behaviour and success Coachable Previous caregiving experience is an asset Must be able to speak and write in English; other languages are an asset Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed Reliable means to travel to and from clients’ homes Drivers with their own vehicle are an asset Mandatory Requirements Enrolled or completed a minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experience National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector) Working With Children Check NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion NDIS Worker Screener Clearance Application Details Unlock job insights: Salary match, Number of applicants, Skills match.
