Role: Educational Leader Location: Townsville QLD 4810 Employment Type: Full-time Permanent Pay: $38.20 - $39.35 per hour (depending on qualification and experience), Super Responsibilities Lead change and champion practice uplift and excellence. Work closely with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs. Deepen the team’s understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Collaborate with the centre leadership team to drive transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice. About Goodstart Mount Louisa Goodstart Mount Louisa is an award‑winning, fun and welcoming centre. It is a 119‑place facility with two purpose‑built buildings, fully equipped with books, toys and learning experiences. The centre is recognised for excellence, winning the 2023 Safety Leadership Award and the 2023 Advancing Reconciliation Award. What Makes This Role Special Support in the toddlers room, turning everyday adventures into learning experiences. Flexible casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm.
