Role : Educational Leader Location : Kirwan Burnda Street, TOWNSVILLE QLD 4817 Centre : Goodstart Kirwan Burnda Street Employment Type : Full-time Permanent Pay : $38.20 - $66.09 (Depending on qualification & experience) $2.68 Educational Leader Allowance Super About the Role As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you’ll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You’ll deepen the team’s understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you’ll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice. Key Responsibilities Lead change and champion practice uplift and excellence. Collaborate with educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs. Deepen team understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent). Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. Current QLD Working with Children Check.
