What You’ll Do As a Customer Care Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of our customer operations, ensuring our clients receive outstanding service every time. You’ll: Resolve customer enquiries via phone and email with urgency and care Expedite orders and manage exceptions to meet delivery expectations Proactively identify service improvements and elevate issues effectively Balance customer needs with business goals to get the best result Stay up to date with systems, processes, and product knowledge Champion Blackwoods’ values in every interaction What You’ll Bring Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills A proactive, resilient, and team-oriented mindset Experience in telephony and product knowledge (desirable) What’s in it for you At Blackwoods, we’re bold, open, and customer‑first.
