Projects & Programs Planning Lead – AusNet Join AusNet as a Projects & Programs Planning Lead to drive innovation and deliver projects that power communities. About AusNet AusNet is the link between renewable energy sources and local communities, playing a key role in the clean energy transition and providing essential energy to every Victorian family. This role is central to planning and delivering works programs that meet regulatory, customer, and community needs. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and maintenance of short, medium, and long‑term plans (0–5 years) for all distribution projects and programs, ensuring their achievability across cost, resources, materials, and timing. Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and delivery partners to optimise planning and resource allocation. Provide accurate reporting and analysis to support operational decisions. Forecast resource requirements and manage sequencing for optimum delivery. Drive process improvements and implement best‑practice planning methodologies. Ideal Candidate Profile Demonstrated experience in project, program, and resource planning within complex environments. Knowledge of and operational experience in electricity distribution, utilities, or infrastructure. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities, with proficiency in various systems and tools. Ability to innovate, adapt, and manage competing priorities. Relevant tertiary qualifications in program management, business, or engineering are valued but not essential. Benefits Development : Opportunities to grow and shape your career.
