As the Client Success Manager Lead, you'll oversee and develop a team of high-performing Client Success Managers, ensuring they deliver exceptional client outcomes. You'll coach, motivate, and scale the team while refining processes to drive efficiency and performance. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and loves building teams that overachieve.
