The Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead, leads the strategic function for NCA campaigns and market initiatives, developing the strategic framework for these GTM initiatives aligning to client demands and relevant market opportunities as well as NCA objectives. The GTM lead reporting to the Head of GTM Strategy, Network Planning and Content will work closely with the Commercial Publishing, Insights, Solutions and Sales teams across digital, streaming, product, print and data. The ideal candidate will possess a strong strategic vision and deep market insight, essential for driving alignment and fostering innovation, positioning NCA as a leader in the market and ensuring impactful partnerships. Key Responsibilities Lead GTM Strategy: Design and deliver a unified Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy process across Commercial Publishing and Client Product. Drive Revenue Growth: Deliver insight-led, commercially grounded market initiatives that directly support revenue and market leadership. Elevate Sales Standards: Set the strategic standard for proposals, pitches, and develop compelling network GTM presentations and media package schedules. Develop Campaign Media Packages: Create comprehensive campaign media packages in collaboration with Publishing, Product, and Campaign Management teams. Build Stakeholder Trust: Cultivate and maintain high-trust relationships with Sales, Product, Digital, and Marketing to ensure strategic alignment. Conduct Market Intelligence: Lead the analysis of market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior to inform long-range planning. Strategic Foresight: Leverage data and foresight to identify inflection points, emerging themes, and whitespace opportunities for innovation. Thought Leadership: Act as an internal and external thought leader on consumer behavior, media futures, and the evolving role of publishers. Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across key verticals and emerging client segments. Commercialization Catalyst: Lead cross‑functional efforts to rapidly commercialize opportunities and accelerate revenue through integrated GTM plans. Who are you? Capable of anticipating future market shifts and competitor dynamics to set breakthrough strategies that guide the Go-To-Market approach. Applies extensive knowledge of the business and marketplace to identify value drivers and effectively advance key organizational goals. Champions a culture of continuous improvement, motivating teams to find new and better ways to address challenges and ensuring innovation fuels GTM success. Highly skilled in managing competing priorities, ensuring decisions are made that maximize results for all key internal and external partners. Proven ability to build formal and informal relationships across the business and industry to gain support and exchange best practices for GTM delivery. Ability to support others to meet both their personal and the organisation’s goals. Willing to share own experience, expertise and provide constructive feedback to support people's development.
