Wollongong Car Carriers is a family‑owned and operated company that has been in business for 30 years. A position is now available to start in January 2026 for an experienced logistics allocator to join our team and help allocate and manage our fleet and employees. We currently have 12 trucks working Monday‑Friday, transporting over 100 cars locally and interstate from our base in Albion Park Rail daily. We’re working in a fast‑paced environment and are seeking a team player who is highly organised with a passion to help grow our business. Responsibilities Communicating with drivers Communicating with customers Entering and reviewing jobs Responding to customer queries and quoting on jobs via email and phone Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Ensuring safety logs and compliance checklists are completed Assisting in monitoring truck maintenance Demonstrating commitment to exceptional customer service Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong knowledge of Sydney metropolitan and regional NSW areas Ability to multitask and willingness to adapt to changing situations Well‑developed skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to equal opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
