Sales Consultant - Solar and Batteries - Full Time - Wangara - Great Team Unplugged Energy is growing and demand for solar and battery systems in WA is rising fast. With power prices increasing, rebates now available and more homeowners looking to take control of their bills, our enquiry volume has jumped and we need another full‑time sales consultant to join the team. This role is a mix of phone‑based sales, office walk‑ins and the occasional in‑home visit when a customer prefers to meet face‑to‑face or needs help finalising the right setup. All leads are warm inbound enquiries. No cold calling or door‑knocking. The focus is helping customers understand their options and choose a solar or battery system that suits their home and budget. What You’ll Be Doing Speaking with new inbound enquiries and walk‑ins Calling customers who have asked for quotes or information Asking the right questions to understand usage goals and affordability Preparing accurate customised quotes Explaining pricing, rebates, products and payback clearly Visiting customers occasionally when it helps finish the job Keeping CRM and quoting notes tidy for the admin and install teams What We’re Looking For Someone confident talking to people in person and over the phone Solar experience is great but not essential Clear communicator who can explain things simply Organised, reliable and consistent Comfortable using computers, CRM systems and quoting software What You’ll Enjoy A steady flow of warm leads daily Office‑based role, with walk‑in enquiries and the chance to build an ongoing customer base Quality products, competitive pricing and smooth installs Training support and a team that works together Real earning potential in a growing industry If this sounds like the kind of role you’d enjoy and you can see yourself helping people make smart energy decisions, then we’d love to hear from you.
