Role Profile Business Development Executive (Telesales) | Sydney, Australia Unispace, a global leader in workplace strategy, design, and construction, is expanding its outbound sales capability across ANZ. We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive Business Development Executive (Telesales) to join our Sydney team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Leveraging your charisma, results‑driven mindset, and persuasive communication, you’ll generate opportunities, qualify leads, and set meetings for the wider sales team. This is a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven role suited to candidates who are competitive, resilient, and socially confident. Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients Build rapport quickly, establishing trust and credibility Identify potential workplace design, strategy, or construction needs Manage high‑volume outreach with professionalism and accuracy Opportunity Qualification Qualify prospects using structured frameworks Capture accurate information in CRM for smooth handover Book meetings and discovery calls for senior Sales and Client Directors Performance & Pipeline Development Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs (call volumes, conversions, meetings, opportunities) Maintain meticulous follow‑up to drive pipeline growth Contribute ideas to improve scripts, messaging, and outreach Collaboration Work with the Telesales Manager for coaching and development Partner with Marketing and Sales to optimise campaigns Ensure seamless handover of qualified opportunities About you Outgoing, persuasive, and results‑driven Emotionally resilient, able to bounce back quickly Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills Meticulous and organised, with excellent follow‑up and CRM use Curious, proactive and motivated by KPIs and targets What We Offer In return, you will receive a competitive salary and a generous benefits package, including a pension, paid holiday leave, and travel opportunities across our global offices.
