This is a high-level leadership role with real influence. You’ll be part of the decision‑making team, partnering directly with the General Manager and Operations Manager, while working closely with the Managing Director to steer the business toward its strategic goals. Why This Role Matters You will lead and optimise all corporate services at IET, ensuring our operational, financial, and administrative backbone is strong, scalable, and aligned with the needs of our project teams. Your work will enable smarter decision‑making, stronger risk management, and support the delivery of major projects across WA. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high‑performing corporate services team across finance, project finance, HR administration, procurement, asset management, systems/IT admin, business reporting, and office administration. Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Cross‑Functional Coordination Ensure seamless coordination between corporate services, project delivery, commercial, and operational teams. Support efficient workflows and strong internal service levels across the business. Financial Governance & Business Support Oversee financial administration including purchasing controls, cashflow support, reconciliations, insurances, and inter‑company processes. Maintain strong internal controls, accuracy, and compliance across all corporate finance activities. Oversee supplier and contractor management, including contract administration, progress claims, and bank guarantees. Reporting & Performance Insights Lead the collection, tracking, and analysis of financial, operational, and administrative metrics. Deliver clear, reliable reporting that enables informed decision‑making at the executive level. Business Planning & Strategic Input Provide strategic input into budgeting, business planning, risk management, and organisational development. Ensure corporate services functions are aligned to long‑term business goals and future readiness. Drive improvements to policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and communication channels. Champion system optimisation, efficiency, and organisational risk management. Administration, Facilities & Support Services Oversee office operations, facility management, asset registers, record keeping, and supplier coordination. Ensure smooth, reliable, and compliant administrative support across all departments. About You We’re looking for a confident and experienced leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment. You’ll succeed in this role if you bring: Proven experience in a senior finance, corporate services, or business operations leadership role (construction/electrical/engineering background highly regarded). Strong understanding of financial governance, organisational systems, and corporate administration. Exceptional communication and team leadership skills. High levels of commercial awareness and the ability to provide strategic insight. A proactive, improvement‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
