About This Role To be an enthusiastic and motivated Visual Merchandiser with a specific focus on maximizing in-store presence within Department Store’s for MOR Boutique products. Store staff training and visual merchandising to a Gold Standard will be a major KPI associated with this role. Other duties will include negotiating secondary sites, relationship management with key store stakeholders, identifying sales opportunities, stock management to minimize shrink and building point of sale displays. Employment Type and Remuneration Perm Part-time: 4 days (30 hours) per week, Monday to Friday Competitive hourly rate + Superannuation Key Responsibilities Establish effective relationships with key store stakeholders Gain retailer loyalty and in turn, increase sales and brand awareness Educate retailers about our brand and product offering Achieve weekly & monthly merchandising objectives in line with MOR Boutique strategy Execute in-store promotions and weekly/monthly strategies Conduct seasonal strategy presentations to store and department sale managers Complete general administrative duties as well as providing support to Channel Manager as required Effectively deal with store issues by providing creative practical solutions Construct and adhere to territory call cycles Experience/Knowledge Required Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in visual merchandising, ideally within department stores, beauty, or lifestyle retail environments. Proven ability to execute visual merchandising standards that drive sales and enhance customer experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and comfortable with basic administrative reporting.
