Why You’ll Love This Role Hands‑on focus and rehabilitation – Use your manual therapy expertise daily (mobilisations, manipulations, soft tissue techniques) as well as your exercise prescription skills. What You’ll Do Assess and treat MSK conditions across compensable (WC/TAC) and private clients. Deliver high‑quality manual therapy and individualised rehabilitation programmes. Prepare clear clinical reports and maintain insurer compliance. Collaborate with employers, case managers and multidisciplinary colleagues on return‑to‑work plans. Grow into leadership: supervise juniors, contribute to service improvements, and support clinic operations. What We’re Looking For Bachelor/Master of Physiotherapy + current AHPRA registration. 5+ years’ MSK experience (private practice or occupational/compensable). Strong manual therapy skills and clinical reasoning. Confidence with WC/TAC processes, documentation and stakeholder liaison. Clear communicator, team player, and keen to develop leadership capability. Clear, stepwise career pathway into Team Leader / Senior Team Leader roles. Structured mentoring and leadership skill building. Funded CPD, internal PD programme, and regular supervision.
