As a Customer Engagement Consultant , you will provide exceptional service and support to Zurich customers and Zurich’s direct life products. Through phone‑based queries, you will help our customers to make informed decisions about insurance cover for their needs. Your high level of service will enhance the customer experience as you deliver efficient general advice. Important to your success – Unlock your potential: Strong customer service experience An engaging and helpful approach Ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills RG146 certification highly regarded Belong.
