Overview Goodstart Early Learning – Canning Vale WA. Pay: $36.53 per hour (at least 5% above award). Location: Canning Vale, Perth Region; Centre: Goodstart Canning Vale – Batman Road. As a Goodstart Educator, you’ll work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft exceptional learning programs. Responsibilities Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs for children aged 0‑5 years. Ensure safety, wellbeing and inclusivity for all children in your care. Collaborate with Senior Educators and educational leadership to continually improve curriculum. Maintain accurate, timely records and comply with quality standards. Assist with enrolment, parent communication and community engagement. Qualifications Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent). Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. Current Western Australia Working with Children Check.
