Hubs Manager - Inclusive Employment Australia SSI Fairfield West, New South Wales, Australia About the Role As a Hubs Manager with Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) , you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming employment outcomes for people with disability and refugee backgrounds. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll lead and inspire frontline teams (Specialists and PPS consultants) across hub, spoke, and outreach sites, ensuring participant‑centred services that align with our values and the IEA DEED requirements. You will also work with a network of community and employer advocates. This role is more than operational oversight; it's about strategic leadership , community impact , and empowering teams to deliver meaningful, lasting outcomes. You'll champion our service delivery model, drive continuous improvement through strong financial and KPI management, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. With the opportunity to stay connected to the work on the ground through a small caseload or direct support activities, you’ll be at the heart of a program that’s changing lives and building stronger communities. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire frontline teams across hub, spoke, and outreach sites. Ensure participant‑centred services align with IEA values and DEED requirements. Drive continuous improvement through financial and KPI management. Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence. Maintain connections with community and employer advocates. About You You are a motivated and ethical leader with a Certificate IV in Frontline Management and proven experience managing teams to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve performance outcomes. You will bring strong communication, business development, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to engage and support job seekers both individually and in groups With sound knowledge of labour markets and a customer‑centric mindset, you demonstrate empathy, cultural awareness, and a commitment to inclusion, particularly in supporting people from CALD, refugee, or disability backgrounds. Experience in community advocacy, social services, or employment programs is highly regarded.
