SF Express Australia, established in Sydney in 2016, is part of SF International’s global network and provides cross-border e-commerce logistics solutions, international express, warehousing and distribution, and third-party logistics (3PL) services to customers across Australia and Oceania. Responsibilities Design and develop warehouse and distribution solutions based on customer requirements and business scenarios and lead the tendering process. Prepare BOM, process flow diagrams and cost modelling for warehousing and logistics solutions. Conduct on-site warehouse inspections and prepare professional solution proposals, including layout, workflow and operational design. Support solution requirements for the Sydney and Auckland regions and drive regional solution implementation. Work closely with sales, operations and finance teams to ensure feasibility and successful execution of solutions. Ensure solutions align with IT systems requirements, SLA and KPI standards. Continuously improve solution design through process optimisation and cost efficiency initiatives. Optimise regional customer structure and support revenue growth through solution enablement. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse solutions, logistics planning or supply chain solution design. Strong solution-based capability, including BOM preparation, process flow design and cost modelling. Experience in FMCG, Automotive, Cold chain fashion and Beauty industry are highly preferred. Strong project management, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to conduct on-site surveys and independently prepare solution proposals. Good understanding of WMS, TMS, SLA and KPI management. Ability to work across multiple regions and with cross-functional teams. EXCEPTIONAL English communication skills (written and verbal) are MUST. Native Mandarin or Cantonese speaker, with mandatory fluency in Mandarin.
