Service Leader – Wynnum OSHC Join to apply for the Service Leader – Wynnum OSHC role at Catholic Early EdCare. Guardian Angels Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), based at Guardian Angels Primary School, Wynnum, is seeking a dedicated Coordinator to lead our vibrant service. Apply today Your Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation of our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs, ensuring a safe and enriching environment. Lead a dedicated team of educators, inspiring and supporting them to bring out their best. Develop and implement innovative, play-based programs that cater to our children's interests and needs. Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of care and safety. What We're Looking For Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines. Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma / Anaphylaxis. Consent to being the nominated supervisor. Strong understanding of childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place. Previous childcare service management experience.
