Drive the future of data at Perfection Fresh We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Data Platform Lead to design, build, and manage our cutting-edge data platform powered by Microsoft Fabric . This is a pivotal role in delivering our Data Strategy , enabling secure, high-quality, and scalable data solutions that power reporting, analytics, AI/ML, and operational excellence across the organisation. What you’ll do Lead the development and management of the enterprise data platform built on Microsoft Fabric. Design and implement robust, scalable data pipelines and models to support diverse business needs. Champion best practices in data engineering , governance, and security. Drive innovation in data architecture and enable enterprise-wide decision‑making through trusted, high‑performance data solutions . Desired Skills and Experience Data Engineering Leadership – Minimum 5 years’ experience in data engineering with proven leadership in Microsoft data technologies. Microsoft Fabric Expertise – Hands‑on experience delivering enterprise‑scale solutions using Microsoft Fabric components, including OneLake, Lakehouse, Pipelines, and Real‑Time Analytics. Advanced Analytics & BI – Strong proficiency in Power BI, Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and Dataverse to enable scalable reporting and predictive modelling. Technical Skills – Proficient in T‑SQL, Python, and Spark within the Microsoft ecosystem, with deep knowledge of data modelling, lakehouse/warehouse architecture, and ETL/ELT best practices. Data Integration & Transformation – Experience managing ingestion and transformation of diverse data sources such as APIs, databases, files, IoT, and cloud systems. Governance & Compliance – Solid understanding of data governance, security, and metadata management, ideally leveraging Microsoft Purview for lineage and classification. Leadership & Collaboration – Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and deliver in agile environments while partnering effectively with business stakeholders. Communication Skills – Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and engage stakeholders at all levels. #J-18808-Ljbffr
