Pacific Labour Welfare Officer - Melbourne, VIC Are you passionate about providing essential support and assisting others in adapting to new environments? We're looking for a dedicated and empathetic Pacific Labour Welfare Officer to join our PALM team in Melbourne, VIC. This is a casual seasonal role until May 2026 for 10 hours a week. This role is pivotal in providing welfare assistance, cultural guidance, and financial support insights to our PALM candidates as they navigate life and work in Australia. What You’ll Do: Assist PALM candidates in navigating Australian culture and responding to questions about life and work Help individuals reach financial goals and manage finances effectively Conduct accommodation and vehicle checks every fortnight in person across Werribee South, Somerville and Boneo Be responsive to calls for assistance and support when needed Respond to emergency situations Maintain flexible availability for on‑call support as required Conduct record‑keeping using Excel spreadsheets and other tracking tools Your Skills & Experience: Social welfare experience (desired) Cultural sensitivity and adaptability Basic experience with Excel for maintaining essential records Flexibility and readiness to be on call as needed A supportive, empathetic approach to help with candidates’ transition If this sounds like the role, you're ready to embrace, apply now and start your rewarding journey as a Pacific Labour Welfare Officer Choose Agri Labour Australia Agri Labour Australia is an award‑winning Australian company with clients in every State and Territory.
