Overview GPC Asia Pacific is currently seeking a talented customer service expert to join our finance team as a Store Network Credit Officer on a Fixed Term 6 Months basis, to complement our Rowville Support Office. What You Will Be Doing Customer Service: Make and receive phone calls from customers and our store network; handle customer complaints and resolve queries; process journals to resolve banking/receipting issues; provide genuine, friendly, prompt service. Debt collection / credit control: Contact customers/stores to investigate late payments and payment options; negotiate a payment plan; place accounts on stop credit as required; check and investigate disputes or discrepancies with customer accounts. Account Maintenance: Account maintenance and set up; set credit limits for customers; ensure appropriate security processes; reconciliations and receipting; ensure all Key Accounts are reconciled; reporting as required; administration.
