If you enjoy problem solving and providing excellent client service, then this is a role for you Join the Practice Support Analyst team and provide timely, efficient, and accurate support for our customers.The RoleSupport our Accountants and Partners via phone & email, so they can easily manage their product with ease. We will provide training, mentoring and assistance to support you to do this. Some of the key parts of the role are:- Provide high quality, responsive technical and application support for customers across Australia and New Zealand, across their different products and modules.- Work closely with internal partners such as Product Specialists, Account Managers, Development Teams, Product Managers, Professional Services and other Enterprise Solutions team members.What we'd like to see in you- Experience in troubleshooting applications and workflows.- Experience / Knowledge of accounting products- Flexibility, prioritisation and time management skills, ability to multitask and be multi skilled across the range of modules.- A collaborative mindset and ability to work with colleagues remotely.- Understanding of the fundamentals of the SaaS environment and exposure to supporting, implementing and training a SaaS based product.- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal format.What else do you need to know?You will be part of a robust, collaborative team who take their work seriously but not themselves.
