With a recent surge in growth, we are actively seeking a Sales and Marketing Support/Analyst to join our team. Reporting directly to the Senior VP, this role is pivotal in helping to achieve profit and revenue targets with a major grocery customer.
Position Summary:
This full-time position, based in Melbourne, offers a flexible hybrid work model. The Sales and Marketing Analyst will be responsible for supporting the National Account Manager (NAM) in managing and fostering sales growth with a major supermarket grocery customer. Key responsibilities include key account administration management, forecasting, trade spend management, assist with range review preparation, competitor analysis, and assisting with supply chain communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administrative side of the key customer relationship including all aspects of the customer portal interface e.g Coles 360
- Assist NAM to achieve ICBG's NSV, EBIT targets, and other KPIs.
- Assist in range review preparation and promotional program submissions.
- Assist NAM to enhance promotional effectiveness through thorough evaluation and collaboration.
- Assist NAM to manage trade spend within budgetary guidelines.
- Assist in the development of accurate forecasts for key account
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- Minimum 3 years in sales/key account/marketing roles in the FMCG industry, preferably working with Coles, Woolworths, or Metcash.
- Proficiency in interpreting financial data and market trends.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including experience with data interpretation.
- Up to date knowledge of Coles, Woolworths and Metcash sale support systems
- Proven ability to build and maintain interpersonal relationships.
- Adaptability and resilience in various situations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Outstanding organizational skills
