As a Bottleshop Attendant at Shoalwater Tavern, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service in our busy bottleshop. This casual position is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy interacting with customers on a daily basis. What you'll be doing Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to all customers Assisting with the sale and processing of alcohol and other products Ensuring the bottleshop is well-stocked, tidy and presentable at all times Adhering to all liquor licensing and responsible service of alcohol requirements Handling cash and card transactions accurately Contributing to a positive team environment What we're looking for Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, ideally in a liquor or hospitality environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and helpful attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Good numeracy skills and attention to detail Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification What we offer At Shoalwater Tavern, we pride ourselves on creating a fun, vibrant and supportive work environment.
