RETAIL / BOTTLESHOP ATTENDANT

The Good Times Pub Group, Queensland's fastest growing Hotel Group, is now seeking applications for an experienced Retail Attendant, with wine knowledge, to work in our modern bottleshop located in Queen Street Village, Southport. This casual retail attendant position is approximately 15‑25 hours per week (or 2‑3 shifts per week) and requires the flexibility to work weekdays, nights, weekends, public holidays. The opening hours are between 9am‑9pm and you will be required to complete opens and/or closes of the shop across a 7‑day roster. The role will mostly be working autonomously, while other times to work as part of a team. Duties Providing excellent customer service and advice when required Ensuring all shelves are fully stocked Receiving deliveries, completing invoicing and inventory Performing ID checks, cash handling and stock control and reconciliation Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the retail shop Essential Requirements A passion for wine Confident in recommending wines/happy to learn more about wines Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly motivated personality Must be well presented Current Responsible Service of Alcohol How to Apply To apply for this position, please APPLY NOW with your resume and cover letter outlining your recent experience.
