The opportunity We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Bottleshop Manager to lead the team at Howrah Bottle‑O. In this role you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day operations, drive sales and compliance, and build a positive, high‑performing team culture. What you will do Lead, coach and roster a small team to deliver outstanding customer service Oversee day‑to‑day bottle shop operations, including stock management, merchandising, and POS systems. Educate both your team and customers about a variety of liquor and wine options, staying current on trends. Oversee stock ordering, stock control, rotation and merchandising Ensure compliance with liquor licensing requirements and company policies Maintain excellent store presentation and promotional displays What you will bring: Previous management experience in retail liquor, supermarket or similar fast‑paced retail environment. Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Be a great communicator and able to build strong rapport with both customers and staff. Have a deep understanding of liquor and wine, and be excited to share your knowledge with customers and the team. Confidently handle customer inquiries, concerns, and high‑pressure situations with professionalism. Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification. Be available across 7 days, including evening shifts, and have flexibility with your schedule. Interested in joining us?
