Group Facilitator - Relationship Education Program Deliver Relationship Education Program in person and online. About Relationships Australia Relationships Australia NSW (RANSW) supports people through all forms of relationship distress, delivering timely, compassionate and expert care that strengthens wellbeing and connection across NSW. What you'll do We are looking for a Group Facilitator based in Newcastle to deliver in-person and online group programs. You'll: Provide quality client service in Relationship Education Groupwork programs, including working with individuals (men, women and children), couples and in some instances whole families. Facilitate groups, creating a therapeutic learning environment for clients to explore individual, couple and family relationship issues. Contribute to the design, implementation and evaluation of programs. Maintain accurate client records. The details Casual role - Working Tuesday and Wednesday for online groups and Thursday for in-person groups at Central Coast AOD rehabs. Available to deliver groups between 8:30am-2:30pm. Valid NSW Class C drivers licence and own comprehensively insured motor vehicle is required for Thursday in-person session. Approx $48 - $54 per hour (depending on skills & experience) + 30% casual loading + 12% super, and tax‑free salary packaging up to $15,900. (Increase your take home pay Calculate Your Savings at What you'll bring Formal graduate qualifications in Social Work, Psychology or other relevant disciplines including group work training. Minimum 2 years’ experience working with families, groupwork, and in educational settings with adults and children. Ability to provide quality therapeutic groupwork interventions that are person‑centered, trauma‑informed, strengths‑based. Certification in Circle of Security is essential.
