About the Role In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of hospitality customers across Sydney. You’ll work closely with chefs, F&B managers, procurement teams, and venue operators to deliver tailored product solutions and drive revenue growth. You will: Manage an existing customer base while aggressively growing new business Build strong relationships with chefs, venues, and group operators Present product ranges, pricing, and service solutions Work cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and production teams Identify growth opportunities within your territory Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity About You We are looking for a results-driven sales professional who understands the demands of the hospitality industry and the nuances of wholesale meat supply.
