Katalyst Facilities Management – Sydney CBD NSW Katalyst Facilities Management is seeking a dedicated and experienced Building Manager to join our team in Sydney, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of a residential building, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and efficient environment for all tenants and visitors. What you'll be doing Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the building, including coordinating contractors and service providers. Monitoring and managing the building’s systems, such as mechanical ventilation, plumbing, and electrical, to ensure optimal performance. Handling tenant inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Assisting to prepare the building’s budget. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Liaising with the property owner, strata committee, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or requirements. Supervising and coordinating the work of any on-site staff or contractors. What we're looking for Minimum 12 months of experience as a building manager. Good knowledge of building maintenance, systems, and operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders. Organisational and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks. Knowledge in using building management software and other relevant tools. A relevant tertiary qualification in property management, building management, or a related field.
