Job Description Prepare and analyse financial reports to support commercial decisions in a dynamic FMCG environment. Monitor budgets and forecast financial trends, ensuring alignment with high-volume production and distribution cycles. Provide actionable insights on product profitability, cost optimisation, and overall financial performance. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and compliance reports, adhering to industry standards and corporate policies. Collaborate with internal teams, partnering closely with Supply Chain and Operations to manage inventory, improve cost efficiency, and support demand planning. Support financial planning and strategy development processes to drive growth and market competitiveness. Identify and mitigate financial risks related to raw materials, logistics, and production costs to safeguard company assets. The Successful Applicant Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CPA qualification (or working towards). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience in financial reporting and forecasting. Proficiency in Power. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work in a fast‑paced FMCG environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, partnering effectively with Supply Chain and Operations. Solid knowledge of accounting principles, compliance standards, and financial regulations. Proactive approach to identifying risks and driving cost efficiencies.
