The Opportunity We’re looking for a commercially minded Financial Analyst to support our Wholesale Commercial team with high‑quality reporting, analysis, and insights that drive stronger financial performance. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager – Wholesale , you’ll partner closely with Commercial leaders to interpret financial results, support margin improvement initiatives, and enhance decision‑making across one of the most critical areas of the business. This role is ideal for an analytical, detail‑driven finance professional who enjoys problem‑solving, business partnering, and taking ownership of key financial processes in a fast‑moving and transforming ASX‑listed environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Wholesale Commercial team to interpret monthly financial results Own the month‑end close process for Commercial cost centres Support development and continuous improvement of the CPM model Analyse business performance to provide insight on sales, margins, volume, mix, price and COGS Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial performance reporting for Commercial Leaders, Executives and the Board Review and analyse financial and non‑financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities Support annual budgets and rolling monthly forecasts Champion continuous improvement across finance systems and reporting Build strong engagement and customer‑focused relationships with key stakeholders About You CA or CPA qualification (or near completion) Strong financial and commercial acumen Advanced Excel skills Experience in finance business partnering, ideally within FMCG, wholesale or retail Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and deliver actionable insights Strong communication and stakeholder management capability A proactive, curious mindset with a continuous‑improvement focus Why Join Us?
