The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Exposure Management & Liquidity to join our Portfolio Implementation team. This role is pivotal in supporting UniSuper's investment strategy through expert management of balance sheet, liquidity, and exposures across the fund. As a Senior Analyst, you will: Monitor and manage operational cash flows, develop liquidity management strategies, and conduct scenario analysis and stress testing. Assist in balance sheet management, including synthetic beta outperformance strategies. Manage exposure and rebalancing functions, including cash flow and derivative overlays, to implement investment strategy. Oversee investment transitions in collaboration with external transition managers. Expand and optimise securities lending and collateral management arrangements. Liaise with internal stakeholders (CIO, Heads of Asset Classes, Investments team) and external partners (custodians, transition managers, financial market counterparties) to manage exposures and drive implementation. Utilise financial market data and investment datasets (e.g., Factset, Bloomberg, etc) to inform decisions and optimise fund performance. About You You are a driven investment professional with deep expertise in exposure management, liquidity, and treasury functions. You bring: Sound knowledge of investment markets, financial securities, and instruments, with in‑depth understanding of investment management principles. Proven experience in treasury management, liquidity management, or exposure management roles. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and investment data analysis. Experience with trading, execution, and driving returns through implementation. Excellent communication skills, able to distil complex investment matters into clear concepts for stakeholders. Familiarity with financial market data platforms and enterprise investment datasets. Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably at postgraduate level. Why UniSuper?
