From vibrant community festivals to the show‑stopping New Year’s Eve celebration, you’ll lead the charge in turning big ideas into extraordinary experiences. As the Event Operations Team Leader you’ll oversee the full spectrum of event operations—approving permits, coordinating with third‑party organisers, and managing everything from infrastructure and site set‑up to crowd control and risk management. Your background in large‑scale event operations and project management will be your secret weapon as you juggle timelines, budgets, and competing priorities without missing a beat. We’re looking for a seasoned event professional with a flair for the extraordinary—someone who thrives under pressure, loves a challenge, and has a proven track record of delivering large‑scale events that wow the crowd.
