Occupational Therapist Graduate Program 2026 - Western Sydney Join Better Rehab for an industry‑leading Graduate Program kicking off January 2026. Roles available across Western Sydney in Blacktown, Bankstown, Penrith . Responsibilities Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from clients’ homes to day centres, parks and our clinic rooms. Collaborate with a committed multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions for your clients. Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work. Assist participants aged 6 to 65 with conditions including neurological disorders, ASD and psychosocial issues. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy with a graduation date in 2025 or January 2026. A valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle. NDIS check, Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain). Support & Development Full week of graduate‑specific induction sessions on community practice, the NDIS and life at Better Rehab. Buddies and mentorship by discipline‑specific 1:1 supervisors to aid your transition into full‑time work and provide clinical support. Six months of dedicated induction, training and upskilling. Four paid study leave days per calendar year. Work‑ready resources, including laptop, phone and assessment tools. Work Flexibility Flexible hours with the option to flex off after client work. Clear, realistic KPIs for sustainable monthly targets. Better Rewards Program – bonus pay, extra leave or points for professional development, gadgets and experiences. Paid parental leave: 8 weeks for primary carer, 2 weeks for secondary. Travel reimbursement under the NDIS Regulated Reimbursement category. National opportunities across 30+ Australian sites.
