The Role This is a part-time position, with the possibility of becoming full-time in the near future based on performance. If you believe that you can up-skill and progress 10x faster than your peers, this role is for you. We're looking for an incredibly motivated, driven and hungry individual to join us and grow into an elite paid social operator. Responsibilities Your primary objective is to aggressively and profitably scale Meta Ads customer acquisition for clients. You'll achieve this through a full-funnel approach: strategy, creative, funnels and media buying. You'll work closely with and be supported by a pod, including a growth strategist, growth assistant, video editor and developer. Brainstorm ideas & write creative briefs Create lots of winning ads (with our editors) Create high-converting landing pages (with our devs) Implement full-funnel improvements (offers & upsells) Optimise budgets to maximise scale & efficiency Ensure the client is always hitting their aMER target Launch new creative & media buying tests on a weekly basis Send clients a weekly performance review every Monday Send clients a monthly performance review & strategy About You You have zero issues being incredibly productive in a remote environment You have 2+ years (min) of Meta Ads experience You've managed $50k+ (min) per month in Meta spend for an individual brand You know Meta Ads fundamentals back to front (you'll be quizzed on them) You've completed a lot of the most popular online Meta & Creative courses You're up to date with all things Meta & Creative and follow folks like Dara Denney You're professional and treat the work you do and the results it drives very seriously You're obsessed with your craft, constantly learning, and leave no stone unturned You don't need to be motivated, pushed or driven and can't help but deliver incredible results You care deeply about doing great work, you're conscientious by nature Why Factor You'll be directly responsible for aggressively & profitably scaling brands You'll be supported by your own growth pod (assistant, editors, designers, developers) We'll mentor and develop you into the world's most elite paid social operator We'll teach you everything we know about growing eCommerce brands You'll learn far more than just managing ads, you'll learn how to rapidly scale brands We'll give you the tools, resources and autonomy to do the best work of your life We're growing quickly as an agency and want you to grow just as fast (if not faster) We compensate well with top of market salaries and generous performance bonuses We're all-remote so you can work wherever you want (while being online at certain times) We take professional development seriously, so you'll learn things you wouldn't anywhere else Please note that this position is initially part-time (10-15 hours per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
