We’re looking for a Social Media Ads & Content Strategist to supercharge our social ecosystem, someone who knows how to blend creative flair with commercial impact. You’ll bring strategy, insight, and a data-driven mindset to everything you do, helping us drive traffic, leads, and engagement across our growing network of brands. What you’ll do: Lead the strategy: Develop and execute social campaigns that deliver real business results, from awareness to acquisition. Plan and brief: Oversee the planning, briefing, and optimisation of all organic and paid content, working closely with our offshore creative studio. Guide the creative: You won’t be creating the content yourself but you’ll steer what gets made, test what works, and fine‑tune based on insights. Optimise performance: Monitor engagement, reach, traffic and cost‑per‑lead, turning data into smarter creative decisions. Collaborate widely: Work with our Marketing Director, SEM and SEO teams, and Social Media Manager to ensure our content is aligned and performing across every channel. Champion innovation: Use AI and emerging tools to identify trends, experiment with new formats, and continuously improve campaign performance. Drive creator and community impact: Support creator and influencer collaborations, and amplify user‑generated stories that inspire and convert. What you’ll bring: 5+ years’ experience in social media, paid social, or performance marketing. A strong understanding of Meta Ads, GA4, UTM tracking, and performance metrics. Experience managing offshore creative or production teams. An analytical mindset with a creative heart — you know what great content looks like, and how to make it perform. Confidence using AI tools to test, learn, and optimise. A collaborative approach and passion for fast‑paced, creative environments.
