Role Description This is a full‑time role for an Account Executive located in the Greater Ipswich Area. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing current client accounts and securing new accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships, creating tailored insurance programs to meet each client’s specific needs. Day‑to‑day tasks include identifying business opportunities, understanding a client’s risk profile and recommending relevant solutions, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service, unwavering commitment and expertise. Qualifications Strong client relationship management and interpersonal communication skills Ability to identify client needs, develop tailored solutions, and grow and retain accounts Business acumen and an understanding of commercial insurance products High attention to detail, strong organizational, and analytical skills Proficiency with standard Microsoft office software Knowledge of Acturis (preferred) Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and meet deadlines Relevant qualifications in insurance or risk management (e.g., Dip CII or ACII or progress towards) Proven experience in a client‑focused role within the insurance industry Key Information Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Business Development Industry: Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
